SALENTINA HOUSE is located in Nardò in the Marina of Santa Maria Al Bagno, in the province of Lecce, just 200 meters from the sea.

Guests who choose to stay in our apartment can therefore comfortably walk to both the beach and the town center where, in addition to basic services - groceries, pharmacies and tobacconists - they will find bars, restaurants and pizzerias where they can relax. and fun, pleasant moments of leisure pampered by the kind welcome of the Salento people and by the beauty of the splendid sea.

SUNFLOWER is a cool, bright and welcoming basement apartment.

Inside it consists of a kitchen equipped with everything you need, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Outside, a garden furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, offers a pleasant space for comfortable outdoor lunches and dinners.

The house is equipped to accommodate 4 people, but in the kitchen it is possible to add another cot.

It is suitable for everyone, even families with children, who will find board games, playing cards, books, x-boxes, 2 bikes and rackets to play on the beach.
